The catalogue includes all the details of the OUT4x4 Roof Rack System and the newly updated THERMO ROOF PANELS.
The OUT4X4 patented Roof Rack System is derived from a robust infrastructure, fitted to the internal compartment of the Jeep. Once bolted into place the weight from any given load is distributed along the body of the Jeep.
Tested to Australian Standards* and when paired with the recommended RHINO roof racks, the Heavy Hauler Roof rack system is rated to carry an evenly distributed load of 100kgs over two rails, or 120kgs over 3 rails.
The boys at OUT4x4 are off to SEMA in Las Vegas to show their great new product to the American market this month.

RIP JK8 - WRANGLER PICKUP OFF THE AGENDA
THE LONG ANTICIPATED WRANGLER PICK UP (JK8) IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.
Jeep enthusiasts world wide have long been dreaming about a Wrangler Pickup Utility being produced by Jeep. However it looks seriously un-likley after comments made by Fiat Chrysler Australia CEO Clyde Campbell at the recent Grand Cherokee SRT8 Australian Media lunch that it would need to be a real 1 tonne capacity load carrying truck to make sense in this competitive market segment.
“I think the clear decision is that if you are going to have a pick-up it has got to be a metric-tonne pick-up,” Mr Campbell explained. “It’s got to be a beast that ticks a few boxes.”
Jeep does currently offer a ‘JK-8’ utility conversion kit for the current four-door Wrangler, but it is an oddly shaped load space limited to about 800kg, Mr Campbell explained.
“You couldn’t fit a motorcycle in there, for instance,” he said. “It’s a funny sort of configuration. But it looks fantastic.”
If and when a 1 tonne pickup is built it will most likely be a Dodge branded ute and be designed to take on the market leader Toyota Hilux etc. This leaves the aftermarket builders alone to do there own thing or local Australians can wait for the Mopar Pickup conversion to be approved for Australia.

NEW JK WRANGLER ROOF RACK SYSTEM
At last a sensible roof rack system for the JK Wrangler hardtop roof that looks great and can carry a decent load. The new OUT4x4 Roof Rack System is fully designed, developed and manufactured in Australia.
Even better it can be set up to suit your own personal requirements from simple roof cross bars to full roof cargo systems such as the excellent Rhino range.
OUT4X4′s Heavy Hauler Roof Rack System is the first product of its kind to utilise the inherent strengths of the Jeep JK Wrangler and allow various sized loads to be transported without an external cage system. It has been designed to compliment the existing lines of the Jeep JK Hardtop.
Once installed, the system allows the Jeep JK Wrangler Freedom Panels or entire roof to be removed without dismantling the system.
