GRAND CHEROKEE RECOVERY HOOKS HAVE STARTED TO ARRIVE (UPDATED)

2012 Grand Cherokee owners who have been frustrated by the lack of communication from Jeep Australia regarding the front recovery hooks can now contact their Jeep dealer as the hooks have started to arrive. We have been told by one frustrated owner that he can now make an appointment to have a hook fitted by his local dealer.
HERE IS THE HOOK

Its rated to 4,500kg
Its very heavy duty and is a tight curved hook that a Snatch strap can hook directly. It tucks in behind the plastic fascia.

 Aparently they are recommending one hook mounted to the passenger side of the vehicle which will sit behind the fascia. No word yet on the Nudge bar but indications are it is not far away.
