Dates Announced For 2012 Jeep Jamboree

Get out your calendars and book in your leave, the dates for the Jeep Owners Jamboree 2012 are now locked in and all systems are go.
Yep, the SJC guys and girls have set the Jambo for September 2012. With the event starting on Thursday the 27th of September and finishing up 4 days later on the 30th of September. More updates to come as info comes to hand.

New 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Launch

The New 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee will be launched to dealers late January and will start to arrive in dealerships around that time.
We will keep you informed of any other details as they come to hand.

This was spotted in yesterdays Herald Sun Website in Melbourne - I dont believe what some people do, why would you want so much fuel anyway!

2012 Jeep Jamboree Details Announced

The Jeep Jamboree 2012 details have been announced.

The Sydney Jeep Club are proud to announce the Jeep Owners Jamboree 2012. The 2012 Jeep Jamboree, held in the picturesque Blue Mountains just 150kms out of Sydneys’ CBD,  is well under way.  The location is locked in, the dates are set and the preparation work has begun.  Shortly the details will start to trickle out from Camp SJC as more become available. So far we can tell you that with hundreds of kilometers of tracks, a huge area for camping and some of the most spectacular scenery in the country its going to be one great event

New Jeep Compass for 2011

It looks like Australia might get the new 2011 Jeep Compass.
Its new look at the front resembles the new 2011 Grand Cherokee and its been substancially updated from the previous model which Jeep stopped importing to Australia about a year ago.

New 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Coming Soon!

The new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee is due here in Australia in February 2011. The first models to arrive will be  petrol engined versions with the new Pentastar 3.5L V6 and the familiar Hemi 5.7L V8 engines. The Laredo will have the V6 and the Limited will have the V8. Why they are not bringing the Limited with the V6 is a bit of a surprise as I think this would be a good seller. The more sought after Turbo Diesels models will come in July with also the possibility of an Overland model arriving.
Further details are sketchy but will appear here as soon as announced.
